The floor system starts with 4x6 ground-treated notched runners so the 2x6 joists drop in and lock everything rigid—unlike the 4x4 runners and 2x4 joists most competitors use. Garage packages go further with 12" on-center joists and ¾" flooring rated for 1,000 lbs per square foot. Walls use 2x4 studs 16" on center with proper headers, plus a double stud every 4 feet so every siding seam has solid backing. A double top plate adds extra strength across the top.

Siding is LP SmartSide 3/8" engineered material with a textured hard primer and a 50-year warranty against rot or delamination. Floors are 5/8" tongue-and-groove LP rated at 600 psi (also 50-year warranty; ¾" upgrade available). The metal roof carries a 30-year warranty against rust and color fade. Finish includes Sherwin-Williams urethane paint and diamond-plate thresholds. Loft joists are 2x6 so stored items don’t cause the flex you get with 2x4s.

Every Premier shed is covered by a 5-year craftsmanship warranty that includes any and all construction quality issues.
